Reconstrucción de tensiones para el método de elementos finitos con mallas poligonales
Lectures of the eel defined in the program and practical classes with the use of the numerical tools available, including finite element codes. Tutorial follow-up of the work to be performed by students.
loe This course deals with the study of the mechanical behavior of metallic materials and the numerical simulation of technological forming processes by plastic deformation. The fundamental objective is to develop in students the ability to plan and implement products and metal forming tools with modern methods of analysis and design.
The aim is also to contribute to the development of the following generic skills in students: Introduction to nonlinear problems. Definition of geometric and material nonlinearities and boundary conditions. Continuum mechanics in large deformations: Static and dynamic formulation.
Mechanical behavior of materials. Isotropic and anisotropic plasticity criteria and hardening laws. Spatial discretization of deformable and rigid bodies.
